The rare hybrid who can sit across from an insurance adjuster, a franchisee, and a senior estimator in the same day, walk away with the actual workflow in their head, and collapse a scattered process into a single screen the technician actually wants to open. Owns the full loop: stakeholder interview → spec doc → spreadsheet model → prototype → production. Equal parts taste, insight, and stamina. Ships features that flow smoothly and improve how work gets done. Onsite in Portland, Maine. Salary 130k-160k plus meaningful equity from the first option pool.
