Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer (5+ years) to build the entire support function for our Wallet from the ground up. This is a contractor position. Basic requirements include understanding of web and mobile applications, troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and system behavior, and the ability to operate autonomously. Nice to haves include experience with financial infrastructure, open-source environments, APIs, CI/CD, and distributed support teams.
