Go.Shop is hiring a single Product Builder to own Growth Channels end-to-end as PM, designer, and engineer in one person. You will work on the platform and tooling that grows creator brands across creator marketing, affiliate, email, paid media, and more. You’ll own product decisions and ship code, with a hybrid product-engineering profile (engineer with strong product sense or PM who codes well). You will be involved in full-stack work: architecture, APIs, databases, data pipelines, production deploys. Must have a strong growth/martech grasp and be actively building with AI today (prototypes, agents, workflows). Responsibilities include: - Creator marketing & affiliate: discovery, recruitment, program management, affiliate asset generation, UGC - Paid media & conversion: ad creative generation, ad management, paid amplification automation, CRO - Attribution & AI growth agents: cross-channel analytics (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok), bottom-up forecasting, agents that recommend campaigns and execute playbooks with human approval. Tech Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Postgres/Supabase, Claude/Cursor for AI-assisted dev, martech APIs (Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok, Shopify).
