Job Description
Note: This posting covers two roles: Senior Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer. Gladly is hiring to lead major AI & Automation initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for shipping fast, collaborating deeply, and building systems that help real people. Requirements: 5-10+ years of full-stack experience (Go, TypeScript, React, Postgres a plus). Experience with generative AI, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines (personal projects/side projects welcome). A bias toward impact and product thinking. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Bonus: entrepreneurial or other leadership experience. We are a remote-first company with competitive pay, meaningful equity.
