We are looking for a Principal Engineer with high abstract reasoning who thinks from first principles. You read papers to invent, model complex domains from scratch, and dive 5 layers deep to hunt down bottlenecks. You care deeply about clean software craft, deterministic testing, and customer-driven innovation. You welcome technical debate, stand by your ideas with reason, and use AI tools for real force multiplication (not slop!). Go preferred, but strong systems engineering fundamentals matter most. This role involves owning the architecture of FunnelStory's AI systems stack, including a federated query engine, a context graph over enterprise data, and on-prem enterprise infra. You will work with ML models (e.g., Markov chains, Genetic Pareto, process mining) and build robust Go-based infrastructure.
