Job Description
Role: Tech Lead / Staff Engineer in Bristol, UK (Hybrid). You will lead architectural decisions and hands-on delivery as Duel migrates from Angular to React, and as we build an AI-native platform. You’ll work across the stack with Node.js/Bun, ECS, MongoDB, and Snowflake, ensuring secure, scalable systems while enabling rapid frontend development driven by AI. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy: mentor engineers, shape product and platform direction, collaborate with leadership, and help the team reach the next level.
