Job Description

Senior leadership role responsible for the AI-focused product strategy and outcomes across Distru’s AI-first ERP platform. Lead the product organization, define the long-term roadmap, align cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer support), and ensure successful execution of AI-enabled product initiatives. You will partner with AI and platform teams to drive product-market fit, adoption, and measurable value for cannabis industry customers, while fostering a data-driven and collaborative culture.
