Job Description
You build the core agent. Reasoning, evals, self-improving feedback loops. You debug agent behavior by tracing reasoning and tool choices to understand why the agent made a specific decision. You build the systems that make a non-deterministic agent reliable, and push it to handle increasingly complex incidents.Location
