Job Description

We're a fast-growing custom & private loyalty platform. We're seeking a detail-obsessed, autonomous mid-to-senior Integration Engineer (~5–10 yrs) to investigate customer problems, drive integrations end to end, and own the specs that make them work. Use AI thoughtfully, but verify outputs. This role focuses on figuring out what to build, how it fits into the system, debugging edge cases, and communicating with clients. Tech stack includes Go (Golang), a custom database engine atop local key-value stores, with storage and compute co-located on dedicated hardware servers. No React; server-side HTML rendering; minimal third-party dependencies. Requires English communication for client calls and availability 9am–12pm New York time.
