Job Description

Modash is seeking Senior Product Engineers who own ambiguous problems end-to-end. You will talk to customers, understand messy workflows, make product decisions, ship features, and own whether they actually work. Focus areas include making a 380M-profile dataset feel fast and trustworthy, turning chaotic influencer marketing workflows into intuitive product, and building tools that scale for both small teams and large brands (e.g., Stanley, Sennheiser, Birkenstock, NordVPN). You’ll join a ~90-person team with a startup-mentality: no rigid ticket factory, no seven layers of approval, small teams, and real ownership. HQ in Tallinn; engineering is fully remote across Europe.
