Job Description
Lead engineering to build and scale infrastructure and data platforms for a Berlin asset management fund. Design large-scale data pipelines, evolve lakehouse architecture, strengthen data quality and observability, and build infrastructure for AI/LLM workflows (agentic scaffolding, RAG, LLMOps, AI for engineering). Hands-on technical leader steering initiatives end-to-end while staying deeply involved in implementation. Stack: AWS, Databricks/Spark, Python, PostgreSQL, Agentic AI.
