Job Description
Own the engineering function end-to-end as a partner to our founder CTO: strategy, people, delivery, and operations across a compact but high-leverage team. Grow the leaders already running our teams, set technical strategy jointly with the CTO, and be accountable for what engineering ships and what it costs. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for execution, hiring, and cost containment.Remote
