Job Description

Lead Autonomy/Robotics Engineer role to drive autonomous flight and robotics software. Mentor and grow a small team of engineers while staying hands-on in design and execution; end-to-end ownership from prototype to deployment. Hybrid role based in San Carlos, CA with 3+ onsite days per week and remote days. 5–9 years of experience preferred. Tech stack includes C++, Python, and IoT integrations to advance autonomy and safety in aviation.
