Beacon AI is hiring Senior/Lead Engineers (5+ years) to own their work end-to-end, from prototype to deployment, and see their code take flight in real-world aviation environments. Role: Lead Autonomy/Robotics Engineer. Tech Stack: C++, Python, IoT. Responsibilities include leading autonomy/robotics features, developing algorithms for intelligent flight systems, and mentoring a small team (initially 1–2 engineers) while staying hands-on in design and execution. Requirements: 5+ years of autonomy/robotics experience; strong C++, Python capabilities; experience with IoT integrations and flight-critical systems.
