Job Description
AREO is hiring two backend roles. Engineering Manager will lead backend engineering for our Ruby on Rails stack and help shape product direction while building scalable systems. Requirements include a minimum of 8 years of experience (preferably in startups) and professional German language skills. Backend stack includes Ruby on Rails (8.x), StimulusJS, Hotwire, Turbo, AlpineJS, PostgreSQL, Docker, DigitalOcean, OpenAPI, and LLMs. This is a fully remote role based in Europe. Equity is part of the compensation package.Remote
