Job Description
Overview: We're hiring an ML lead to own the model side. The system must take a user's intent and references, turn them into concepts the user can refine through feedback, and produce brushwork-level instructions our robots use to paint. This is the first dedicated ML hire on the team; you will help set the technical direction, ship the first real end-to-end version, and build out the team behind you. Location: Montreal, QC; onsite/hybrid. This is a full-time role with leadership responsibilities.Remote
