We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for onsite roles in Amsterdam or London. You will join a team of quant researchers, HPC specialists and software engineers to shorten the path from a research idea to a live trading strategy. Two overlapping areas: ML research engineering (distributed training pipelines, experiment automation, and making training faster and cheaper to run at scale) and ML performance engineering (low-latency, real-time inference, GPU optimization). Stack includes PyTorch and CUDA. We expect 3+ years of hands-on ML systems work and production Python code you've owned over time. You should understand what happens beneath the high-level APIs and measure performance before you optimize. Depth in distributed training, GPU optimization, real-time inference or numerics at scale is a big plus. Visa sponsorship available.
