Job Description
We are looking to hire senior Scala and big data experts on CONTRACT basis in EU or LATAM. Prolonged experience (3 years minimum) with Scala or JVM is a MUST. Experience with technologies like Spark and Flink is a huge bonus. Experience building low latency online systems is also a huge bonus. Our tech stack includes Mill (build system), Scala, Vert.x, Spark, Iceberg, Flink. We integrate with various cloud providers and streaming / KV store connectors such as GCP - BigQuery / Dataproc / PubSub, AWS - EMR / DynamoDB, Kafka with more in the works.Remote
