Job Description
Full-stack role owning the product lifecycle on YC's internal software that powers investment decisions and startup support. Tech stack is Rails and React. You'd be part of YC's small 18-person software team with no PMs, so engineers own end-to-end delivery. Build tools behind YC's $6B in investments and AI-powered apps used by founders and partners. This role offers relocation support if you're not in SF, and compensation includes salary plus carry in the fund (equity).
