Job Description

Role: VP / Director Engineering. Lead teams building distributed systems, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and software for connected devices. Shape technical direction, improve execution, and stay close to hard engineering problems. This posting includes three roles at Viam: Staff Engineer (Fleet Management), Lead, Data Platform, and VP / Director Engineering. Onsite in NYC 3 days/week. Tech Stack: Go, TypeScript, Svelte, MongoDB, gRPC/Protobuf, Linux.
