TestGorilla is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale an AI-enabled GTM system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is not a traditional RevOps or Analytics role. You’ll design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations that make GTM strategy execute reliably at scale. Responsibilities include building and maintaining GTM workflows (HubSpot, Gong, integrations), automating routing, alerts, deal rules, and inspections, translating revenue strategy into system logic, connecting product, sales, and customer data, enabling AI-driven GTM signals (e.g., deal risk, expansion), and reducing manual ops through automation. Requirements include experience with GTM/RevOps systems, comfort with APIs, integrations, and data flows, systems thinking, ability to work from ambiguity; interest in AI-driven workflows is a plus.
