Job Description
Own the media plane of Stream Video as part of the Video team. It’s a modern stack: SFU in Go, cascading to handle very large audiences, ingest and recording fleets, global multi-cloud edge. Video is fundamentally different from request-based services, which means this is not just a seat in Stream’s shared infra team but a genuine Staff role with its own roadmap defined by you. You’d report to the Video team lead with a direct line to the CTO. This is a full-time role; hybrid with 3 days a week in our Amsterdam office, or remote from anywhere in the EU.
