ReadWorks is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build a scalable, event-driven data pipeline. You’ll be a key technical voice in shaping our data infrastructure—evaluating tradeoffs, establishing patterns, and guiding migration from our legacy system to a modern data architecture. Stack: Python, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Redshift, EventBridge, AWS CDK. Responsibilities include designing event-driven ETL pipelines at scale and contributing to data warehouse architecture. Requirements: Experience designing event-driven ETL pipelines at scale; Data warehouse experience (Redshift or similar); Comfortable working with and debugging distributed data systems.
