Job Description
Radiance is seeking a founding engineer to help build LLM-native tools that power real creative workflows. Responsibilities include architecting RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and automation flows, building APIs and full-stack features (Python + Vue or similar), fine-tuning models for structured data extraction, and owning engineering decisions. The role requires strong full-stack skills, experience with AI tools, and systems thinking. Nice to have skills include experience with LLM-based agents, AWS, Postgres, and web scraping.Remote
