Job Description

We’re looking for versatile founding engineers to help us shape the future of AI in genomics. Responsibilities include architecting and building AI workflows, agentic interfaces, and data pipelines, working across the stack (Go, Python, TypeScript), contributing to system design, infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Terraform), and devops, collaborating closely with scientists, and iterating from prototype to product. Nice-to-haves include LLM integration, RAG systems, gRPC, scientific computing, cloud/on-prem hybrid systems.
