About PlanLab

PlanLab is building an AI system that builds software for complex construction and infrastructure megaprojects, with the aim of automating solutions that are currently sold by traditional service providers. Seed-funded (valuation around $25M), a 4-person team, hiring to 6-10 this year to scale both the product and platform.

Job Description

Platform Engineer — Build the system that takes our jobs. Algorithms, infrastructure, shared components, agents, and internal tooling across the full stack. Our platform engineers build everything from our custom meeting integration to AI coding agent harnesses, sandbox environments, complex shared app features and more. Onsite in London. Salary £100k–£160k per year. Equity grant 0.5–1.0%. Visa sponsorship available. This role focuses on building scalable platform infrastructure to support customer deployments.
