Open role: Support Engineer. We're building an AI-powered clinic assistant that handles bookings, messaging, and workflows for veterinary clinics. Our support function isn't a ticket queue — it's where real production issues get diagnosed, debugged, and fixed properly. We're looking for someone who's curious when things break and wants to understand why, not just that it's resolved. You'll investigate integration failures, write code to fix bugs, and build small tools that cut recurring ticket volume. You'll use AI as a genuine part of how you work — to debug faster, write scripts, and communicate clearly with customers.
