Ohr is hiring a Founding AI Infrastructure Engineer to build AI-powered internal systems across laboratory operations, compliance, logistics, procurement, documentation, and intellectual property. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy automating messy, real-world workflows and building reliable systems that help organizations move faster. A blend of startup and big tech experience desired. Relevant experience may include: internal tools and workflow automation APIs and systems integrations; LLMs in production; OCR, document processing, and knowledge systems; platform, backend, or infrastructure engineering.
