Newbuilds is hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to help scale a widely used proptech marketing platform. You’ll work on backend architecture, improve performance and scalability, build integrations with external APIs/CRMs, and influence technical direction with ownership over your code. This role is remote-first with flexible work and competitive senior-level compensation. Remote (EU timezone friendly). We work via B2B, or employment in Norway or Germany.
