Job Description

Founding engineer at Mesmer (YC P25). You’ll work in customers’ factories at the frontier of how software gets built with agents, and you’ll also help build the product that makes that work repeatable. We’re a seven-person team in Berlin, and we’re looking for senior engineers who use coding agents daily and have strong opinions about how the work around them should change.
