Job Description
Mentimeter is hiring an Engineering Director (one of two) reporting to the CTO. You will own technical direction, architecture, and the engineering-quality bar, and co-own outcomes with Product and Design. The role oversees 5–7 teams with 30–40 engineers, through Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers. We are moving from SDLC to ADLC (agentic development lifecycle) and will shape an engineering org where AI writes much of the code.
