Luminate is the entertainment industry's preeminent data and insights partner, serving as the single source of truth for record labels, film studios, talent agencies, and every part of the music and entertainment ecosystem. The team's stack is Java with Spring, React with TypeScript, and SQL with Postgres, and Snowflake. We use Playwright for e2e testing and deploy our infra on AWS. The team is relatively new (around 3 years old) but is working on an older codebase with plenty of tech debt. We actually do get time to address our tech debt and leave our code better than we found it, so it's getting better all the time. We have an on-call rotation but getting paged is pretty rare.
