Job Description

Role is a client-facing backend engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of a client use case. You will directly interact with clients to gather requirements, translate jurisdiction-specific lease rules and tax/accounting mappings into tools used by our agents, and ship production-ready solutions within your first month. You'll be the face of the team to customers, owning relationships, and you'll work with production-grade Python backend systems and AI tools. You should have strong backend experience, be comfortable working as the sole engineer in the room, and be able to make engineering judgments that ensure shippable code. Bonus experience with containers, CI/CD, RBAC and auditing, LangChain/LangGraph, and operator/consulting backgrounds is a plus. We're a small senior team across Europe and South America; for this role we need you in Europe. Salary is competitive with no fixed bands.
