Job Description

Two roles are open: Product Engineer (also listed as Senior Software Engineer) and Founding GTM Lead. The Product Engineer role focuses on software engineering wisdom not yet encoded in an LLM and on product sense, with the willingness to think several steps ahead in the market to shape Kinelo’s AI coworker workflows. You will help design and implement features that enable autonomous AI agents to collaborate with humans within end-to-end workflows, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap as the company scales from its first hires.
