Job Description
Lead and grow the Studio engineering organization, defining technical strategy, roadmaps, and execution. You’ll manage managers and engineers, recruit and develop talent, partner with product and design, and ensure systems reliability and fast iteration across multiple teams. This role is ideal for a senior leader who loves solving hard problems, building scalable platforms, and aligning engineering with product vision.Remote
