Job Description

We’re hiring a hands-on Retention Product Engineer to own engagement and churn reduction end-to-end. You will analyze cohorts, define the retention north-star metric, ship product and lifecycle experiments yourself, and measure impact. This is not a PM-only role and not a pure engineering role. You own the full loop: insight → build → measure → iterate. Our stack includes React, Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Postgres, and Elasticsearch. Proprietary lifecycle tooling for email, SMS, and in-app (web).
