Job Description

We are hiring a Member of Technical Staff across Software, Infra, Manipulation, Navigation, and LLM/Agents to power the next generation of agentive robotics. This role will contribute across layers of our platform, collaborating with leaders from MIT/CMU/Cornell, DJI, Figure, and other robotics researchers. Responsibilities include building scalable software systems, integrating perception, planning, navigation, manipulation, ML/LLM components, and shipping features; improving reliability; and mentoring others. Requirements include a strong CS background and experience in one or more tracks (Software, Infra, Manipulation, Navigation, LLM/Agents); proficiency in C++/Python; systems thinking; and a passion for robotics. Note: This listing covers multiple tracks; separate hires may be made across these tracks, but this entry represents the overall MTS role.
