Job Description
Own recruiting end-to-end — design interview loops, implement ATS and recruiting ops, and hire world-class engineers, designers, and GTM talent. Partner directly with founders to shape our team and culture as we scale from 0 → 1. Requirements: • 5 + years recruiting for VC-backed or hyper-growth startups • Experience building systems/processes, not just filling reqs • Comfort operating independently and collaborating closely with leadershipLocation
