Caribou helps homecare organizations attract, engage, and retain staff through data-driven recognition, rewards, and coordination tools that make the lives of patients and their caregivers better. We're a small company of ~50 people who are mostly based in the GTA. We are building on our core product such as deploying AI-powered agentic systems that work alongside agency coordinators to handle routine coordination, outreach, and administrative workflows to improve agency operations.
