Job Description

Own delivery across all hardware projects (mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design). Manage prototypes through tooling, production, test, and install; define what properly tested means for a machine no one has built before. Requires 8–12 years shipping complex hardware (motors, electronics, firmware; overseas manufacturing), real factory and vendor experience, calm under install deadlines, and an eye for aesthetics—the tech serves the art.
