Job Description

BetterDB is hiring a Founding Engineer to help build the tooling ecosystem for Valkey, focusing initially on observability features such as historical persistence, pattern analysis, anomaly detection, and Prometheus export. The engineer will join a small, early-stage team and help shape architecture and roadmap as the first engineer after the founding hire. Stack includes TypeScript, NestJS + Fastify, React, Valkey, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS. We ship OSS self-hosted and have a live cloud SaaS.
