Job Description

Bead AI is building an autonomous trust layer to enable audits to shift from a compliance burden to continuous assurance. We're a small, product-obsessed team based in London and San Francisco. This is a founding engineer role joining an early-stage team. You will help design and implement core platform components across backend and infra, shaping the architecture and enabling AI-driven auditing workflows. Stack: AWS, TypeScript, Temporal. Salary: USD 160000-220000 per year; Equity: 0.8%-1.5%. Location currently: London (UK); moving to San Francisco, US in late August. Employment type: full-time.
