Job Description
Lead Product Engineer / Engineering Manager (Ruby on Rails) to help build AREO's B2B SaaS platform. Backend stack: Ruby on Rails 8.x, StimulusJS/Hotwire/Turbo, AlpineJS, Postgres, Docker, DigitalOcean, OpenAPI, and LLMs. Requires 8+ years of experience, preferably in startups. German language proficiency required; EU-based; remote in Europe supported. We recently closed another large contract with a major retail chain and are growing quickly. Responsibilities include leading product engineering, shaping architecture, and collaborating with a lean, experienced team.
