Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager role for Wildkind, an events business running Camp Wildfire and Camp Kindling. You will own all performance marketing activity, managing paid channels (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn), tracking ROI and CAC, optimizing budgets, and driving customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include planning and executing paid campaigns, setting KPIs, building attribution and reporting dashboards, testing creative and landing pages, and collaborating with the events and growth teams. Requirements include a proven track record in performance marketing, hands-on experience with paid search, social, and analytics tools, strong data-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London with a salary of £54,000 to £65,000, plus profit share, a £1,000 learning budget, and health and dental insurance. Deadline: 18 May 2026.
