Job Description

We are a Series A, ~50-person company building the operating system for hospital labor and capacity. This full-time role focuses on building scalable frontend/backend features using TypeScript, Postgres, and the Effect framework. You will work in a high-impact environment to learn quickly, reason clearly about hard problems, and contribute to automating demand prediction and real-time staffing optimization for hospitals. Remote-friendly with a preference for in-person collaboration in San Francisco, CA. Compensation range is $160,000–$270,000 plus equity. To apply, email ryan@vitalize.care.
