Candidates must be self-motivated, driven to learn, strong in clear thinking and communication, experienced in multiple languages, and able to build reliable systems. Positions are available across disciplines including Backend Servers (C, Java), Infrastructure, Frontend (Javascript, Typescript, React), AI (Neural Networks, AI Workflows, AI Models), and Product Design. The role involves working on challenging problems without micromanagement.
