Full-time engineering role. Stack: C#, Python, Gemini API on Windows in a constrained enterprise environment with legacy systems. Healthcare systems experience preferred. Focus on cost-effective, reliable LLM API usage. Responsibilities include collaborating with non-technical client domain experts, end-to-end problem solving, data cleaning, and meeting security/compliance requirements, even when work isn\u2019t elegant. Self-motivated to understand legacy and undocumented codebases, while following directions. Ideal candidate has real (pre-Claude Code) experience and around 5+ years of experience. Flexible stack accepted if capable of modern AI-based development and fast iteration. May require adapting to different technologies.
