Job Description

R&D project at a ~$20B hedge fund (NYC, in-person). Build production-grade ML/AI infrastructure and automated data analysis, with a focus on agent orchestration. Initial team of 3; you will be responsible for all software engineering. High leverage, high responsibility role with room for growth. The project is experimental; if it shows no signs of progress after 12 months, it will be wound down, but you will be paid (including bonus). If successful, it will become a core, ongoing part of the fund. Start ASAP. Salary: $300k–$400k base plus discretionary bonus (cash).
