Senior AI Engineer focusing on LLM engineering and AI agent development. Build and optimize AI-powered capabilities within Rootly, including agent orchestration, integration with incident workflows, and safe, scalable AI deployments. Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to ship AI features. Requirements may include experience with LLMs, AI tooling, Python, and systems design.Remote
