Senior Software Engineer, Frontend responsible for rebuilding ResortPass.com's web experience, owning high-traffic surfaces (SRP, DLP), setting Next.js App Router patterns for the next 5 years, leading a rewrite to improve Core Web Vitals, SEO, and conversion. Senior title with staff-leaning scope and a clear path to Tech Lead across Marketplace Core, Growth, and Hotels. 75% of pages are web; AI features (concierge chatbot, AI spa booker) are part of the roadmap. Stack: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Playwright, Datadog. Backend touches Rails/Node/Postgres/Mongo on AWS. 6+ years shipping production web apps with deep React + modern SSR/hybrid architecture and a track record leading high-traffic rewrites/migrations with measurable wins (CWV, SEO, conversion, reliability).
